Okay, this is the final installment to the ToGetHer drama starring, Rainie Yang and Jiro Wang. Shame, I actually enjoyed the cute fluff of this movie ๐Ÿ˜ฆ So I will miss reviewing it, so the final installments, on we go ๐Ÿ™‚

Well, the two final episodes are definately overwhelming and full of loads of mixed emotions, I must say :L Episode 11 is one of the episodes I became bery frustrated over, I cannot believe…Chen Momo’s sister? She had such a big mouth, and Mars did so much for her, she wouldn’t have a roof over her head if it wasn’t for him and Chen Momo wouldn’t have gotten through her situations in previous episodes if it wasn’t for him. She just had to be quiet for 24hrs, Tony Ge is too money hungry, and I just hope he doesn’t do anything and drive a wedge between the two of them ๐Ÿ˜ฆ At least Mars is fighting for his love, I find it slightly amusing how fans hate it when their idols find someone to love or to be with as they expect them to stay unattached just for the fans in their career, it’s surprising how selfish fans can actually become.

Aww! Mars and Momo hug, that is so cute and even without kissing there is so much my own opinion it’s really hard to choose between Jiro and Mike He now ๐Ÿ˜ฆ but, I own devil beside you on dvd, so it just gives me a greater urge to watch it :L It’s very mature of Mars to forgive Yi Zhi, you can see how he changed through the drama, but also Best Friends do sometimes make you angry, by just going overboard, yet they wouldn’t be our best friends if they couldn’t do the opposite, and make you happy and if they didn’t care for us. Hmm I wonder what the TV was saying that had Chu Chu so worked up? OH it’s to do with Mars’ disappearance, and internet sites with information about Momo and how the fans feel cheated – fans irritate me sometimes >.<

OMG Jia Sen’s english just left me amazed (I may just have to recalculate haha). I thought it sweet of Jia Sen to greet Momo on Valentines day, it makes you understand how torn Momo is between the two as in her life they’re both precious with great memories between the two, but it’s obvious who the winner is clearly. I love the jump he made too! Typical, fans writing hate mail >.> After many replay of that scene with the ferris wheel, I noticed Devil Beside You, Love or Bread, It started with a Kiss and Why Why Love – maybe even more, were shot in that place :o!

Okay, I’m ABSOLUTELY devastated about the hit and run, but it was inevitable as a romance drama, yet the hospital scene was so CUTE between Rainie and Jiro, but there was definately needed humour thanks to Yi Zhi he performed ๐Ÿ™‚ Tony Ge and Yi Zhi, just made me laugh, it was rather amusing :L Okay then Tony Ge just made any shred of respect I had for him evaporate, how could he do that to the two?! It’s obviously fate between these two, Jia Sen’s mum if I had a handbag I’d have whacked her :L and the way she wanted to talk to his fans but she couldn’t ๐Ÿ˜ฆ Go Mars, own them on that stage ๐Ÿ˜‰ I love how Yi Zhi tries to comfort Momo in the car, that’s really cute at least he’s encouraging her.

YAY Mars is on the mend with his recuperation, and just shows how determined he is to get to where he wants to be, it’s so cute of her to tell him the Casaba story, I love his imagination, and Rainie’s pink hair, the bankground is a bit weird, since shouldn’t they be on Earth? Jia Sen’s mum, I still just don’t understand why she has to push Momo into so much, just because it’s her son, she should think as you can’t force love or liking onto anyone. Momo tries so hard for Jia Sen, after she declines going to England, him being the kid he is tries to ignore her, that’s really harsh :/ When Jia Sen gave her that lollipop, I expected him to at least be grown up about it, but you know thats not true when Mars tries it and it’s spicy >.>

Omg, it is so cute when Momo sees him walk, and he jumps, seriously but that part to me didn’t seem like acting, there was so much meaning and chemistry and the hug looked so cute as if they truly were a real couple, there didn’t seem to be any effort at all, I actually cried ๐Ÿ˜ฆ Since now he can do the concert, I find it nice of, Tony Ge to actually say something nice to him and Momo for that matter, I think I’ll slowly give him back a shred of respect. As Momo watches his recuperation, I felt really sad, as Momo became a shadow and all she could do was watch from the outside like before, the way she drained that coffee or whatever was in that flask as she thought of the memories to get her the shred of happiness with Mars, to her seemed to be wasting away and I wanted to cry with her when she cried, because she didn’t feel needed anymore ๐Ÿ˜ฆ When she kissed him as if to say goodbye, and he was none the wiser to it.

Her sister, as bouncy as always like a nut in the chair, his voice was really nice, he has definately improved a lot, and Tony Ge dancing LOLOLOLOL. Then outcomes Mars’ speech of Momo, and the memories of them together, I’m getting excited for the finale! ๐Ÿ˜€ Omg he says he loves her to everyone, and Tony faints LMFAO! Omg that’s the best thing Tony has done for the whole drama LOLOLOL. Aww the way he’s standing there when she opens the door, and he picked a great song to sing to her tbh, aww such a cute way to announce your feelings, I actually cried with happiness. How he takes her and sings to her on the way to the stage, seriously that is like any girls dream ๐Ÿ˜ฆ Wow they actually accept her, they finally see the love. That’s too cute ๐Ÿ˜ฆ Lol, Momo gives him the house rules :L Okay…paparazzi girls clutching the fence nice way to end the drama.

Final thoughts, okay quite honestly, I was kind of wondering if I really wanted to watch this drama or not as at first glance it wasn’t something I really wanted to watch, then I put my mind to it and watched, and quite honestly, you should never judge a book by it’s cover because I found it a joy to watch. It made me laugh, smile and cry. It really was a heart warming drama to watch, and I do recommend it if you like cute and very cliche romance dramas. The acting was nice to watch, they got a bit getting used to, but they did well as they went through the episodes. Rainie’s acting was on form and Jiro’s was really good, as it was the first drama I had seen him in. Thankyou all for bearing with me during this drama, I got there in the end. Sorry for the wait, but I hope you enjoy my finale review.

Okay, I am up to episode 10! Phew, I am slowly getting there, I will review the last two episodes as soon as I possibly can, but I am a bit busy at the moment with the reviewing of Black & White, which I have finally gotten around to and some new reviews that I need to post at some point as I have just been reviewing ToGetHer and Black & White, and I want to read Emma too, so bare with me, including the fact I’m coming up for summer and essays and stuff are being handed in. Anyway, lets just say episodes 9 and 10 have been a series of twists and turns, since these two episodes I feel are the two episode turning points that put the drama near the end ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I am sad to say. So, on with the review…

I hate the fact Momo is currently under so much pressure due to Jia Sen…and making him move out?! I feel really sorry for Mars, he can’t get any honesty out of Momo as she is too shy and timid to speak out how she really feels. I was really glad Yi Zhi felt guilty and so did Jia Sen’s parents! Poor Momo ๐Ÿ˜ฆ She cares way too much for everyone else and not enough for herself ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

It is frustrating for me to watch when Momo does as she is told rather than going after what she wants and pursues her dreams. It kind of blatent they both like eachother, I KNOW I’ve been saying it all along but the fact is it’s so cute to watch ๐Ÿ˜€ย  I loved it when at the party all the lights went out and he took her away and they danced ๐Ÿ™‚ I kind of think Jia Sen gets the idea that Momo likes Mars now, as they both just look lost without eachother ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I thought it was so sad as they looked at eachother across the dancefloor and then telling her the dance was special ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I almost wanted to cry. He left Mumu! Omg, that little teddy is just so adorable, and I love how Momo comforts it asthough its her only friend, and the only one that can understand her as tbh at this time she doesn’t really have anyone to turn to and I really felt sympathy for her ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Mars, is really working hard for Momo, and I find it so cute how she wears his wristband so it shows in a way they’re connected and working together ๐Ÿ™‚ (the photos are hot ;)) I love how he promised her, and he succeeds. I love the flashback of him when he keeps saying no to the bunch of stuff on the list on his concert but after being with Momo, he’s changed for the better and he’s much more calmer and a completely different person. Momo really made an impression on him. I find it a bit sad when he sees her outside the clothes store and it turns out not to be her ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I was nearly off my chair when he ran to her. They are so hung up on eachother. As time goes on, I find it nice how Mars has mellowed down and is much less fiery and temperamental, where as Momo is reaching out of her shell and becoming the person she wants to be.

I love the fact he becomes Kasaba! Omg, when Momo saw him on TV, and him reading the manga ๐Ÿ˜€ I thought that was just so cute and even if it was ironic, it just seemed to set really well with the fluff and cuteness of this drama, I couldn’t stop smiling as I saw him reading the manga and actually getting into the shoes of Kasaba. It was really nice to see he was doing this for Momo rather than for himself, through the episode he becomes selfless.

My feelings towards Tony Ge and Shi Jia, are quite simple…I don’t like them ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Shi Jia gets on my nerves, when she wanted Mars back, I seriously could have slapped her for her being just SO big headed..the cow >.< Tony Ge, is just stuck up, fair enough he has to be a ruthless business man as he runs a huge music industry, but still he only cares about himself? So that just frustrates me even more ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Anyway, I absolutely loved it when he sees her, after SO long and she sort of freaks out and starts running off, and then he chases her and…then follows the huge flock of girls coming after, I found that very amusing indeed ๐Ÿ˜› I liked how before they just couldn’t take their minds off of eachother, they had a bond and a connection between eachother which is in my opinion, SO CUTE ๐Ÿ˜€ When..he finally catches up with her, and they’re on that boat, I thought it was so romantic when they had the huge confrontation, and then the kiss to seal their feelings for eachother, now that is the type of thing I would personally love to happen; fairytale ending…but it’s obviously not, because just after I noticed a small strain already on their relationship and there is a difficulty as the change in the way Momo acts and how Mars is try so hard to get things happier, and then…his mum ๐Ÿ˜ฆ in hospital and all she wants is for him to focus on his newly uprising career, but I feel SO sorry for him on how obvious it is to me that at the end of the day it’s his mum and she is very important to him.

I am so sorry, about the wait for that but I have finished school and on summer break very soon, so I can start to watch new dramas, and finish Black & White reviews for all you patient guys who enjoy reading my reviews on dramas. The next couple of episodes are finally the end…which is an upset for me, as I have waited patiently until all of my essays were handed in to finally watch this, so I will take my time to make a very detailed and possitive analysis for the finale. So, watch out for the next and final installment on my ToGetHer review!

Okay, sorry my reviews for this have been so slow, but I have been busy recently with moch exams :(. Anyhow, currently have watched to episode 8! Yes! I am getting there! Hehe! On with the review…

To me, it’s blatent Momo and Mars LIKE eachother, but even if Mars is a bold person, it’s obvious he’s shy and Momo’s characteristic is that she is shy. Mars’ feelings towards Momo are right in front of Momo’s eyes but she does seem a bit dense to notice it, she is slowly catching on as she feels the same way too so she notices more as to whats around her. I have to admit the chemistry between the two main characters are awesome and I love how they are becoming more and more like their character and actually putting more hard work into it. Unfortunately guys, Rainie’s wig is beginning to irritate me like it did in Miss No Good (BLXH). As, I much prefer her natural hair, but I admit the hairstyle for the character suits, it’s just a bit annoying.

As I watch this drama, I begin to get more and more irritant of Jia Sen…I understand he has to act that way and with the mental problem, but all I can say is that he is doing a good job in the department of annoying me at the good acting, but in relation to the drama, he is so stuck on Momo and protective, it’s like she’s constantly having to watch him, like his actual mother should be doing. He’s FULL of jealousy and the way he reacts to this is so immature, I mean some eight year old children can have some self control =.= I have to admit on the other hand…his ideas are so cute and his confession at that BUT can’t seem to put it out there properly and as he can see the attraction between the two he should learn to let go, since love isn’t just about getting the person you like it is also sacrificing for that person, being unrequited or not. The personality clash between the two love rivals, definately make me laugh to watch the two trying so hard, and Momo is having to cope with two lovestruck men, and tries not to encourage either in their antics. When they both compete against eachother doing the sporting activities, made me see them both as childish, I couldn’t help it but they really were, but I guess when one is lovestruck they are willing to do anything.

Anyway, off of the lovey dovey bit, and onto the relationship between Mars and his mum, I have to admit it was cute, but very emotional. The way Mars always had to proove his worth to her made me feel a bit odd, since most mothers are proud with anything their child does well, but I guess she’s just pushing him to excel in life. When she left, the letter almost made me cry ๐Ÿ˜ฆ the way the characters acted, showed me it was a heart felt moment, and his memories even if he was pushed to work hard they were mega cute and showed me a great love between mother and son as usually, it’s between daughter or mother or father and son or daughter and father in the dramas I see, so it was a slight change for me. Continuing, I absolutely LOVE Mumu, it’s such a cute doll, and when he was holding it, I saw a cute and cuddly side to Mars’ personality which made me smile, and it adds to the humour how protective he is of that teddy (:

At the end of the day, I feel Momo is being forced to do things she really shouldn’t have to do, and because of Jia Sen’s mum, I’m frustrated that Momo can’t voice her own feelings and leaves Mars all confused and pulled around everywhere. The new girl, played by Tiffany Xu, sorry but I already don’t like her :s I know it’s judgemental but whenever a new girl is brought in it’s a love square or a love obstacle :/ I feel we’re in for a windy road!

Right, I am back and have watched to episode…6, yes slow sorryy! anyway, things have started to get a little bit more on track between Momo and Mars :O and I know this is a little bit late into the review..I love the opening song as well as the whole opening its really light and fluffy..anyway… they are now acknowledging their feelings for eachother but still are uncertain whether they really like eachother or if its just a fleeting moment. As I watched I saw the rivalry between Jia Sen and Mars quite funny, it was more or less childs play than actual love rivals (in the supermarket) I just laughed. I like the relationship between Mars and Yi Zhi (especially when they went shopping I couldn’t stop giggling). In these two episodes I wondered why Momo’s sister just left her…WHY WHY WHY? I know due to financial difficulties but still, couldn’t she take her with her or stick by her instead of run off to let Momo fend for herself?! I felt so sorry for Momo going through that, and then her sister comes back at the WRONG time, when they were about to kiss. Grrr…anyway, the acting from Jiro has definately improved, and I love it when he played his guitar…only if he had sung! Rainie has fit into her role as Momo really well and it is definately hotting up its absolutely blatent, but they are too embarassed to mention it to one another incase of rejection ๐Ÿ˜ฆ therefore, so far I have to admit I’m enjoying it for what it is, a cute romantic comedy drama, and it is really nice and gives me the warm fuzzy feelings (:

Okay so, I have currently finished up to episode 4, so far of Jiro Wang (Mars) I do have a good impression of him but he could tone down some of his acting as in parts it does go a bit over border, not much but I could see it. It seems to me quite a typical love/hate relationship with a typical boy meets girl storyline, with the twist of superstar meets an agorophobic girl. When I watched it I saw a mix of DBY and Smiling Pasta; a warm feeling, a slow flowering romance with a slight love triangle (Smiling Pasta feel) and then with the problems that stands in the two’s way to get happiness and the protectiveness over eachother (a DBY feeling). Rainie (Momo) played a completely different character from her last drama (Miss No Good) and she seems quite versatile with the ability to change into each different characters shoes. I found Jiro (Mars) quite entertaining as he pulled off the pompous popstar really well (some of the costumes Mars (Jiro) has to wear I found really amusing, especially the skinnies as they were like a second skin and in bright bold colours, I’m surprised they didn’t tear or anything during filming LOL).

Already there is a small understanding between the two, and an obvious liking for eachother, just as usual absolutely oblivious to it. To me the rivalry and the love triangle is a bit weak as it is clear on who the victor is but all the same there is going to be some rivalry which I can’t wait for. Obstacles are eagerly awaiting the two which I can see all the way from the start of the drama, as he is a star he’s bound to land himself in something. Again, complete opposite characters to eachother yet they compliment eachother in the weirdest of ways, personally a very typical romantic/comedy drama, but all the same it is indeed enjoyable. In the drama, the stubborn side of Mars is getting mellowed even in the beginning, he isn’t as rash as before due to the influence of Momo, even if the love relationship is taking the short course the changes in the people is evident. A very slow paced story, which I like especially in this case otherwise it wouldn’t make much ofย  a storyline of it was all in an instant there wouldn’t be any other story to go on and I’d find it boring.

Between the two main characters the humour is really entertaining for me to watch, as I really do find it funny between them. They both wind eachother up without realising, but yet they expect encouragement and only eachothers insults or meaningful words affect them which is obvious as its a love story but still its amusing to watch. Jia Sen (George Hu) I’m afraid he has already gotten on my nerves, yes I understand that he has to play the part of a boy with a mental disability but he is just way too protective and selfish of Momo’s attention which is obviously going to irritate me as I root for Momo & Mars. The supporting roles so far also are keeping me quite amused especially Yi Zhi (Jin Qin) he’s just funny as a person which is reassuring for the rest of the drama. I will update and keep everyone up to date.

This is the new airing drama that stars Yang Cheng Lin (Rainie). I have seen quite a few of her dramas, and I must say she is a nice actress to watch, this is the first drama I have ever seen Jiro Wang in so I hope he makes a good first impression. Anyway, I was keeping my eye on ToGetHer and since now there is around 10 episodes updated I will watch, usually I prefer to watch a completed drama but this one I can’t wait for and I will put up a few posts until I finish reviewing. This drama I will take a bit more slowly and not watch them like a marathon. My first impressions of this drama is on a level, I like the fact she has abnormal behaviour and is different from other girls, and Mars (Jiro Wang) at first doesn’t like the idea at all but warms to her and stops being such a stuck up pompous ass. So on with the first episode (:
